Meet Janelle from Trek Podiatry

Allow us to introduce Janelle, the podiatrist at Trek Podiatry. Janelle embarked on ​her podiatric journey at Charles Sturt University in Albury, graduating in 2012. ​Post-graduation, she further enriched her skills by completing advanced studies ​in clinical education.

With eight years of invaluable clinical experience in Geraldton, WA, Janelle has ​extensive experience in high-risk foot care, diabetes foot management, ​amputation care, wound care, biomechanics, and Indigenous health. Her ​experience extends beyond conventional practice, reaching remote areas via ​small charter planes to ensure crucial foot care services were accessible to ​Indigenous and mining communities in WA.

Janelle's contribution to community health includes providing support through ​administering first aid and strapping to local sporting teams and fundraising ​events with the broader community. Now back in Albury, and a mum of two ​beautiful girls, she is here to integrate her wealth of clinical experience and ​advanced educational background into private practice and as a lecturer at ​Charles Sturt University.
